Vertical Dock Systems
Save energy costs and reduce spillage by allowing truck doors to be opened once the truck is parked. Overhead
door closes flush onto pit floor for added energy savings.
The open pit of the VS Series greatly simplifies cleaning of the pit and
makes routine maintenance much easier.
The VS Series includes "controlled lowering" hydraulic system - dock attendant must push and
hold button to lower unit. Power pack also includes hydraulic float to allow leveler to move up and down with truck bed movement.
With a service range of 12" (305mm) above cross traffic and 6" (150mm) below, the vertical storing dock leveler can efficiently service
a wide range of trailers.
Standard safety devices are mechanical vertical position lock, 3" run off guards, corner safety stops, maintenance
strut and beveled lip.
Standard accessories are two 10" W x 13" H x 4" D molded rubber dock bumpers.
Capacities available are 30,000
lb and 35,000 lb.
Consult factory for optional accessories.
Warranty standard is five-year structural and power pack and one year
parts and labor from date of shipment.
