Series 4500

Heavy Duty Insulated Impact
Designed for door openings up to 10'-0"W x 10'-0"H where privacy into restricted area, temperature control, and appearance are major considerations. The Series 4500 features extra heavy duty floor mounted gravity type v-cam hinges, and a welded heavy gauge steel tubular inner framework. Adjustable spring to compensate for negative pressure. The Model 4502's 1-3/4" thick insulated panels have the strength to withstand heavy duty forklift traffic while being light weight to service pedestrian traffic. Large vision areas provide the maximum personnel safety. Available in a large selections of colors and finishes, the Series 4500 impact traffic doors are ideally suited for supermarkets, processing plants, warehouses, refrigerated and freezer applications (Please Specify), where high volume forklift traffic and safety of personnel and customers are major considerations. The foam filled interior (select models) and full gasketing provides outstanding environmental control thus saving money on energy costs.

Features
Series 4500, Models 4502, 4504, and 4500APO will suit door opening sizes up to and including 10'-0"W x 10'-0"H.
Double-Dutch models available for openings higher than 10'.
Series 4500, Model 4575 will suit door opening sizes up to and including 12'-0"W x 12'-0"H.
Ideally suited for pedestrian, push cart, and forklift traffic.
Not recommended for high speed forklift traffic.
Available in a wide range of colors. Also available with metal cladding such as; stainless steel, anodized aluminum, galvanized steel either solid or in combination.

Optional heavy duty floor mounted v-cam is standard and combined with the rugged steel tubing interior frame will give years of durable, trouble free service with a minimum of maintenance.
Heavy duty, shock absorbing 5/16" thick HDP spring bumpers minimize impact danger from motorized equipment thus protecting the equipment itself, the load, the door panels and most importantly personnel.
Easily replaceable gasket mounted in an aluminum track.
Models 4502 and 4504 offer large vision areas for visibility and safety.
Can be fabricated with a different color face panel on each side.
Protective steel bollards are recommended for areas of high volume forklift traffic.
For custom sizes consult factory.
8"W (12"W for Model 4575) x 1/4" thick steel frame mounted to a solid wall is recommended for proper anchoring, supplied by others.
