Intended for door openings over 12' Wide X 12' High where wind and/or negative pressure is minimal. The fully gasketed steel door frames are finished with rust inhibitor baked enamel paint and feature removable hinged front covers. The framework is to be floor and jamb mounted and is constructed to minimize stress on the existing building wall. The steel framework is designed to give complete access to the full opening width and height of the door while in the open position. The PVC coated and impregnated "Atmotuff" panel is made of woven multifilament polyester. The door panel is direct drive operated and tensioned by intrinsic weight. The linear door positioning system automatically adjusts for fabric stretch. The standard safety system includes a "SuperEdge" in the bottom bar and one jamb mounted threshold photoeye inside the vertical frame. The standard control panel is a Nema 4X non-metallic enclosure with open/auto selector switch, green door activator button, and red mushroom Emergency Stop button on the face. The control panel contains reversing contactors and programmable logic controller. The door motor uses a thru shaft gear box with an in-line brake complete with a manual release. The motor requires 230/460/575 volts three-phase power and operates the door at a speed of forty-two (42) inches per second.
